Mark Williams, President of Strategic Development Group, Inc., a Columbia-based professional site location firm, has been selected to address business leaders from Japan and the United States in Tokyo, Japan at the 39th annual gathering of the SEUS/Japan conference on September 21, 2016. The conference brings together hundreds of senior-level executives from Japan and seven states in the Southeast to explore business opportunities between the two countries.
Mr. Williams’ presentation will focus on opportunities for Japanese investment in the Southeastern US and impacts of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) on Japanese investment in the Southeastern US. Strategic Development Group, Inc. has sited projects for Japan-based clients with capital investment totaling over $1.5 billion in the Southeast during the last five years.
