Greenville, SC – SDG client Mungo Homes, a Berkshire Hathaway company, recently announced its plan to expand its corporate headquarters in the Columbia, South Carolina area. Mungo Homes designs and builds innovative, quality homes throughout the Southeast. This $10 million headquarters project will add a new 20,250 square foot building adjacent to its current location and will also include renovating & expanding a current 9,900 square foot building.
The new corporate headquarters will contain marketing, human resources, information technology, accounting, purchasing, and customer service functions. An anticipated 40 new jobs will be created at this location.
SDG was pleased to work with Mungo Homes analyzing locations for the headquarters project as well as assisting with incentive negotiations. This headquarters project is expected to be completed in early 2025.
